Booking Rules
The rates for single room is Rs 1600 +GST and Rs 1850 +GST for double occupancy
( All rates are inclusive of taxes and a complimentary vegetarian breakfast.)
The detail Terms & Conditions for room booking are as follows :
- There are total 18 spacious rooms with Wi-Fi, AC , geyser , TV and with power backup .
- Rooms can be booked only by club members’ guests. and members of affiliated clubs
- Affiliated club members should carry their letter of introduction & ID card of the parent club as a mode of introduction.
- Mode of payment is online / Pay tm/ cash / DD. (Checks are not accepted).
- Check in time is 12 noon
- Stay of 1 child up to 5 years of age is complementary without the use of extra mattress. Breakfast charges may be applicable for the child.
- Extra mattress will be provided for triple occupancy booking.
- Pets are not allowed in the club premises.
- Should any action by a guest be deemed inappropriate behavior is brought to the attention of the club, the club l reserves the right after the allegations have been investigated , to take action against the guest .
- Guest shall be liable for any damage, except normal wear and tear to club asset. Guest shall keep the club room in a good condition and maintain hygiene and cleanliness.
- Total visits permitted are 5 days at a stretch.
- Reciprocal members can stay or visit for 48 days in a calendar year.
- Guests of Reciprocal members are not allowed.
- Dress code for the guests is formals or casual wear. Shorts are not permitted except in the sports area.
